Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our BBA / MBA department as Aviation Faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation (academia or industry), and will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students, and supporting departmental academic activities.

This is a full-time Aviation Faculty role based in Mumbai. As an Aviation Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing curriculum, assessing student progress, and staying updated on industry trends. This role involves classroom and on-site training and mentoring aspiring aviation professionals. Responsible for completing the curriculums of the students and handling all type of teaching work in accordance with the role.

Relevant work experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.We are looking for candidates with good communications skills, an ability to learn and a positive attitude. Responsible for generating, monitoring, and analyzing relevant academic reports. Teach aviation-related courses for BBA / MBA students (theory and practical/industry-oriented topics). Mentor and guide students academic

guidance, career counselling, and support internships or industry-linkage opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Aviation training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop curriculum and assess student learning
• Experience in aviation / cabin crew training, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation is preferred.
• Minimum2+ yearsof relevant experience (aviation industry or aviation-related academic/teaching experience).
