This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role based in Noida. The Counsellor will guide and support students and working professionals looking to pursue online education. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling over video and audio calls, assessing individual needs to recommend suitable courses or universities, and assisting with the application process. Ensuring excellent service, the Counsellor will act as a reliable guide to help students navigate their educational journeys.

• Ability to conduct research and offer relevant educational advice
• Interpersonal and customer service skills for building meaningful connections with students
• Understanding of online education systems, universities, and career-oriented programs
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to facilitate video and audio calls
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in counseling or education advisory is preferred
