Position: Aviation Marketing Specialist

About Us:

At Aviation Sierra Academy, we're not just about flying; we're about soaring to new horizons! We're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is your chance to blend your love for aviation with your expertise in marketing!

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to in-person and online enquiries for prospective pilots and/or their parents

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our aviation courses.

Craft compelling content that speaks to and counsels prospective aviators/students

Manage social media platforms and online enquiries to engage with our aviation community. To be able to organise webinars and seminars for prospective students and/or their parents.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Must've cleared at least 3 DGCA Ground exams. Knowledge of complete pilot training process as per DGCA requirements and it's costing. A Commercial Pilot License Holder is preferred.

A genuine passion for flying and a solid understanding of various pilot training processes including DGCA ground classes, Commercial Pilot Licence training and detailed costing, Endorsement procedure, Type rating process etc.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to market and counsel prospective students/pilots at any stage of flying i.e. from fresher to airline pilot

Ability to co-ordinate with FTO for our students CPL, TR training

Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive marketing initiatives.
