Job Description:
As an Avaya Voice Support Engineer at Visionet Systems, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya voice systems. Your primary duty will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to voice systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions while adhering to best practices in voice technology. Additionally, you will participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring that all solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Avaya VoIP and telephony systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting voice-related issues.
- Configure and maintain Avaya communication platforms, including Avaya Aura, IP Office, and other related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new voice solutions and enhancements.
- Conduct system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare documentation and user guides for system configurations and processes.
- Train end-users and provide technical support for voice-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in voice technologies and trends.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficient in Avaya voice technologies, including Avaya Aura and IP Office.
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and RTP.
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing voice quality issues.
- Familiarity with call center solutions and applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and telephony systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications in Avaya technologies (e.g., ACIS, ACSS) are preferred.
- Experience with monitoring and management tools related to voice systems.
