Avature Integration Lead / Sr. Integration Consultant

We are looking for a very strong Senior Consultant with deep expertise on *Avature* side to lead integrations for recruiting & payroll systems.

• Key Integration Flow:* Avature -> Junction -> Snowflake
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• 10-12+ years of overall experience in integrations / HR Tech.
• Strong hands-on experience with *Avature ATS/CRM* - must have worked extensively on Avature as a source system.
• Expertise in building and managing integrations from Avature using APIs, Webhooks, and file feeds.
• Hands-on experience with *Junction (Middleware / iPaaS)* for data transformation and orchestration.
• Strong experience with *Snowflake* as target - data modeling, loading, and warehousing.
• Strong understanding of Recruiting & Payroll data, 3rd party source files system.
• Experience in leading/managing a team and client stakeholder management.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own and build end-to-end integrations from Avature to downstream systems.
• Work heavily on the Avature side for data extraction, mapping, and validation.
• Design and implement Junction workflows to push data into Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance for HR/Recruiting data.
• Act as a Manager / Tech Lead for the integration track.
