Job Description

HRIS Functional Consultant (Recruitment Systems Analyst)

Location: Noida (Hybrid/Remote)

Engagement Type: Fulltime

Experience: 2–3 years

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Avature Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of our recruitment technology platform.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience working with Avature or a similar SaaS-based recruitment system, who enjoys translating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain Avature (or similar ATS/CRM) modules, including:
  • Workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates
  • User roles, permissions, and security
  • Dashboards, reports, and basic analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Platform Team, Talent Acquisition, etc to:
  • Gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into system configurations
  • Improve recruiter and candidate experience

Support & Enhancements

  • Support system enhancements, releases, and change requests
  • Perform testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Provide Level 2 support for recruitment system issues and queries

Documentation & Integration

  • Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows
  • Support integrations with other HR systems where required (e.g., PeopleSoft, background checks)

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience configuring:
  • Hands on experience on Avature, OR
  • Another SaaS-based recruitment system (e.g., Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Taleo)

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Recruitment workflows and end-to-end hiring processes
  • System configuration (forms, workflows, permissions, templates, reports)
  • Experience working in a SaaS / cloud-based application environment

Professional Skills

  • Comfortable working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into system solutions
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems
  • Experience with:
  • Integrations between HR / recruitment systems
  • Data structures, basic reporting, or analytics
  • Exposure to:
  • HRIS, ATS, CRM, or Talent Management platforms
  • Change management or system rollout projects
