About Graviton: Graviton is a privately funded quantitative trading firm striving for excellence in financial markets research. Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AV/VC Engineer to support enterprise meeting room technologies, workplace collaboration systems, and A/V operations. The role will focus on deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and BAU support for meeting rooms, townhalls, training rooms, and collaboration environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and maintain enterprise AV/VC environments including Neat devices, Zoom / Google Meet / equivalent, BYOD collaboration technologies
  2. Ensure readiness and smooth functioning of Meeting rooms, Training rooms, Townhall environments, other collaboration spaces
  3. Handle installation and commissioning, Firmware upgrades, Rack setup and cabling coordination and Device configuration and troubleshooting
  4. Perform on ground troubleshooting for Audio/video issues, microphone/camera issues, display/connectivity failures, BYOD and collaboration platform issues
  5. Coordinate with: AV vendors and OEMs, Admin/civil/electrical teams, internal IT and network teams
  6. Maintain room inventory, firmware/version records, basic documentation, SOPs and operational checklists
  7. Support: Leadership/other meetings, webinars, training sessions, critical live events

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with:

  • Neat / Poly / Logitech / Cisco VC systems
  • Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
  • AV troubleshooting
  • Rack setup and cabling
  • Microphones, speakers, and displays

Good understanding of:

  • Networking basics and PoE/LAN requirements
  • AV signal flow and structured cabling
  • Basic room acoustics and microphone placement
  • VC troubleshooting, configuration, and meeting room readiness

Preferred Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in enterprise AV/VC environments
  • Experience supporting: Enterprise meeting rooms, Townhalls, Training rooms, Multi-office environments
