Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000+ per month (based on experience & skills)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Audio Visual (AV) Service Engineer cum Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of AV systems in corporate environments such as conference rooms, auditoriums, and meeting spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems (projectors, VC systems, DSPs, microphones, displays, etc.)
- Day-to-day operation and monitoring of AV equipment during meetings and events
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AV systems
- Preventive maintenance and regular system health checks
- Coordination with OEMs/vendors for support and escalation
- Handling video conferencing setups (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Maintaining documentation, reports, and service logs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AV systems and integration
- Knowledge of control systems (QSC, Crestron, Extron, etc.) is preferred
- Basic understanding of networking related to AV systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to work from office and support on-site requirements
Preferred Profile:
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field
- Experience in corporate AV environments or system integration companies
