We are looking for an AV Project Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of audio-visual projects out of our Chennai office — from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and client handover. You will work closely with sales, OEM partners, and on-site teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions for conference rooms, auditoriums, and enterprise collaboration spaces, with customer satisfaction as the top success metric.
What You'll D
- oPlan and execute AV projects end-to-end, from kickoff through final client sign-off
- .Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities across vendor and contractor teams
- .Conduct quality assurance, testing, and commissioning of integrated AV systems
- .Manage client communication and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle
- .Monitor project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- .Provide technical guidance to installation and programming teams on signal flow, control, and conferencing setups
- .Troubleshoot integration issues across Crestron, AMX, video conferencing, and audio DSP platforms
- .Drive client handover with documentation, training, and formal acceptance sign-offs
