AV Pre Sales & Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate AV solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical feasibility and infrastructure needs.
• Design AV systems including audio, video, control, and networking components.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical documentation, and project proposals.
• Support the sales team during client presentations and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Assist in AV system installation, configuration, commissioning, and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver post-sales support and maintenance services.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
