Oportunidad: Únete a Ubiquity Global Services como Auxiliar de Nómina con contrato a término fijo por 3 meses (con posibilidad de prórroga), para apoyar el éxito de nuestro equipo financiero.

Funciones:

• Procesar la nómina de manera precisa y puntual
• Calcular salarios, horas extra, bonificaciones y deducciones
• Atender consultas de empleados relacionadas con la nómina
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes fiscales y las normas de nómina
• Mantener actualizados los registros y reportes de nómina.

Requisitos:

• Técnico, Tecnólogo o Título en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como Auxiliar de Nómina
• Inglés B2 (escrito y hablado)
• Manejo de herramientas Office, Excel avanzado
• Manejo de Software o sistemas de nómina (manejo de Heinsohn es un plus)
• Nivel de inglés B2 (escrito y conversacional es un plus).
• Conocimiento en legislación colombiana, afiliaciones y administración de fondos de seguridad social, prestaciones sociales, horas extras, recargos y demás conceptos relacionados.
