We are looking for an experienced ADAS Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to Camera ECU software development within an automotive program.
You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle from requirements engineering to software qualification testing following ASPICE standards (SWE.1SWE.6) and automotive cybersecurity practices.
This role requires hands-on AUTOSAR-based embedded development, close collaboration with global customer engineering teams, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment using modern DevSecOps platforms.
Your tasks
- Analyzing customer and system software requirements
- Translating requirements into software design and implementation
- Developing AUTOSAR-based embedded software for ADAS Camera ECU platforms
- Performing software requirements analysis (SWE.1)
- Designing software architecture and detailed design (SWE.2, SWE.3)
- Implementing and constructing software units (SWE.4)
- Executing software qualification and integration testing (SWE.5, SWE.6)
- Designing and executing test cases using CAPL scripting and Python
- Collaborating with teams and participating in Agile ceremonies
Requirements
- 37 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR and Embedded C
- Understanding of ADAS systems and ECU architecture
- Previous work with software requirements analysis and design
- Knowledge of ASPICE processes (SWE.1SWE.6)
- Experience in software testing using CAPL and Python
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive cybersecurity
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices
- Exposure to camera-based ADAS systems
