Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AUTOSAR BSW / MCAL Integration Engineer to configure and integrate AUTOSAR-based embedded software for automotive ECUs. The role focuses on OS configuration, MCAL integration, hardware abstraction, and ensuring compliance with functional safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR OS components including partitions, tasks, interrupts, and runnable entities
- Perform issue triage, debugging, and root-cause analysis for software and hardware interaction issues
- Work on control and servicing of power regulator ICs
- Develop, test, and validate I/O hardware connections based on supplier inputs
- Configure MCAL drivers (ADC, Port, DIO, PWM, MCU, WDG, SMU modules)
- Integrate supplier-provided motor control software into ECU software stack
- Support testing and validation up to Functional Safety Level 3
- Manage memory placement and variable assignments as per MPU/memory protection requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and system architecture constraints
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in AUTOSAR BSW and MCAL configuration
- Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR OS configuration (tasks, interrupts, partitions)
- Experience in embedded C/C++ development
- Knowledge of hardware-software integration and debugging
- Experience with automotive ECUs and low-level drivers
- Understanding of Functional Safety concepts
Good to Have:
- Experience with motor control integration
- Exposure to power electronics / power regulator ICs
- Knowledge of MPU / memory protection mechanisms
- Familiarity with automotive standards and processes
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
