- AUTOSAR Classic & BSW: Strong architecture, integration, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
- Embedded C & ECU development: Hands-on experience across end-to-end automotive software delivery
- SiL / vECU / virtualization: Practical experience with virtualized development and validation environments
- Independent work-package ownership: Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver across multiple teams
- Technical customer interaction: Confidence in reviews, solution discussions and multilocation collaboration
Solution Development & Ownership
- Lead development and integration of virtualized BSW components.
- Define solutions for virtualization of BSW and ECU software.
- Own work packages, effort planning, risks and technical execution
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Translate requirements into technical concepts and plans.
- Contribute to architecture evolution and reusable frameworks.
- Review design quality and resolve complex cross-layer issues.
Quality & Engineering Excellence
- Lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Define acceptance criteria, test strategy and quality gates.
- Support compliance with project-specific quality requirements
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- • Act as technical interface to platform, architecture and customer teams. • Lead reviews, feasibility studies and demonstrations. • Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge sharing.
