Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Sales Representative

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite, 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and high-potential Automotive Sales Representative with hands-on experience in the automotive detailing ecosystem, specifically across ceramic coatings and paint protection films (PPF).

In this role, you will represent Ceramic Pro (ceramic coatings) and Kavaca (PPF), driving growth within the premium automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate has early-stage but relevant industry exposure, understands detailing products, and can effectively engage with detailers, studios, and installers.

Note: Only candidates with relevant automotive sales experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

·        Drive sales for Ceramic Pro and Kavaca brands within the assigned territory

·        Identify and onboard detailing studios, PPF installers, and dealer partners

·        Build strong relationships with auto detailers, workshops, and car enthusiasts

·        Support partners in understanding coating and PPF application fundamentals

·        Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

·        Track market trends and competitor activity

·        Ensure strong partner engagement and customer satisfaction

·        Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and identify market trends and opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

·        Minimum 2 years of experience strictly in automotive detailing sales / car care product sales

·        Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior

·        Basic to strong understanding of ceramic coatings and paint protection films (PPF)

·        Knowledge of automotive products, particularly in paint protection and detailing

·        Problem-solving, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic and results-driven environment

·        Sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals

Preferred Profile

·        Experience in automotive aftermarket or detailing product sales

·        Good communication and relationship-building skills

·        Passion for cars and automotive aesthetics

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
