Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6.15pm)
Work Location: Tuas (near MRT)
Responsibilities:
. Sales Order Processing (prepare quotation, sales order, invoice, D/O & P/O) for domestics and export markets.
. Coordinate packing and delivery arrangements for orders.
. Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
. Monitor inventory movement and maintain records.
. Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
. 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales admin preferably dealing in auto parts
. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a senior role
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with ERP system
. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
. Some technical product knowledge will be an advantage
. Singaporean only need apply
