About the Role
As an AI/ML Expert, you will:
- Develop and optimize ML models for Android Automotive OS (ADAS, predictive maintenance, personalization).
- Build AI-powered applications across the automotive stackfrom HAL to APIs and frameworks.
- Collaborate with OEMs and partners to deploy ML solutions for navigation, voice interfaces, and robotics.
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects using TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, and other frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and ethical AI practices.
- Solve high-stakes challenges in safety-critical, low-latency environments.
- Stay ahead of trends in generative AI, edge computing, and autonomous driving.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience (including 4-6 years in ML/AI).
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in embedded systems, real-time constraints, and automotive-grade AI.
- Proficiency in Python, Java/Kotlin, C++, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN bus, VHAL).
- Experience in ADAS, robotics, sensor fusion, and regulated environments.
- Strong skills in ML, computer vision, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
