Who We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of recent experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
  • Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
  • Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products in a professional, customer‑focused manner
  • Clearly explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options
  • Ensure full financial disclosure and complete accurate contracts and bills of sale
  • Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms
  • Process finance applications and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and dealership standards
  • Prepare, package, and manage all documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens
  • Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train team members on finance and lease programs
