Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the CRM business strategy and planning for the automotive division.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
- Leverage CRM and Martech tools to drive direct customer engagement and conversions through direct channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS, and RCS.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across existing accounts.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Digital, Campaign and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with the CX Centre to improve customer experience and conversions.
- Support development, insights generation, digital campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, dealership practices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, majorly in the automotive industry, in agency handling auto clients, etc
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving orientation and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong experience in driving cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across diverse functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
