Job Description – Digital Sculptor About the Role We are looking for Digital Sculptors to join our growing automotive design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality digital surfaces and models from design concepts/sketches through to production-ready/Class-A surfaces. Key Responsibilities • Develop automotive exterior/interior surfaces using Autodesk Alias (CAS modelling) • Work on Sub-D and NURBS modelling based on design requirements. • Translate sketches/design intent into accurate digital models. • Develop and refine surfaces with strong focus on surface quality, topology and continuity. • Perform surface evaluation and support Class-A quality standards. • Collaborate with designers, CAS/Class-A teams and project stakeholders. • Incorporate design feedback and deliver models within project timelines. • Participate in design reviews and resolve modelling/surface-quality issues. Required Skills • 3–8 years of experience in Digital Sculpting / Automotive CAS. • Strong proficiency in Alias Sub-D and NURBS modelling. • Good understanding of automotive surfacing and digital modelling. • Knowledge of Class-A surface quality, continuity and highlight flow. • Ability to understand automotive design intent and execute independently. • Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred • Automotive Digital Sculpting/CAS experience. • Experience working with global automotive OEM/design projects. • Exposure to Class-A modelling and production feasibility.
