Partner with client leadership teams to design future-ready business models across EV adoption, connected mobility, digital retail, and sustainability.
Manage small teams of consultants/analysts, ensuring delivery excellence, knowledge sharing, and team development.
Support proposal development, business development efforts, and client relationship building.
Contribute to Deloitte thought leadership and practice development in the automotive and mobility sector.
Serve as a subject matter contributor on emerging mobility trends, automotive retail innovations, and customer-centric strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM from a premier institute or equivalent qualification.
3-8 years of experience in management consulting, automotive strategy, or OEM sales/distribution roles.
Strong knowledge of automotive retail, dealer operations, sales & aftersales models, EV & mobility ecosystem, and digital transformation.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects/workstreams and manage client stakeholders independently.
Strong business acumen with structured communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
