Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to conduct client presentations, communicate value propositions clearly, and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR services or consulting environments, with a basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, and compliance considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms to manage sales activities and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort working toward defined sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; relevant sales experience in services or B2B environments is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and travel locally or regionally for client meetings when required.
