What will you do-
Lead and supervise a team of writers while coordinating with freelance contributors.
Review, proofread, and edit automotive contentblogs, articles, guides, web pagesensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Ensure all content aligns with client expectations, brand voice, tone, and in-house style guidelines.
Verify technical and factual accuracy within automobile-related topics, including specs, features, industry trends, and market insights.
Conduct in-depth research on automobiles, EVs, industry updates, regulations, comparisons, and other related areas.
Optimize content using SEO guidelines and ensure it ranks effectively.
Manage deadlines, workflow, and the editorial calendar for timely deliveries.
Create long-form and short-form content when required.
Maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables while mentoring junior writers.
What do we expect from you-
Bachelor's/Master's in Journalism, English, Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
2.5+ years of experience in writing, editing, or proofreadingpreferably in the automobile niche.
Strong understanding of automobiles, automotive technology, industry trends, and terminologies.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Solid research skills and ability to fact-check technical data.
Strong command of MS Word, Google Workspace, and basic SEO tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and lead teams effectively.
