Job Description:
- Min 4 Years of Hands- On experience in Developing UFT Automation Test Scripts using VB scripting.
- Good experience in Desktop applications automation using UFT Creating new automation Scripts or modifying existing automation scripts that involve extending the framework as and when required.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Automation testing with UFT automation tool Able to work on framework development and usage of frameworks Preparation of Automated Tests within the Keyword driven automation framework.
- Communicate with Business, tech teams to understand functionalities which may or may not be documented Should be working in a SCRUM based or equivalent environment.
- Hands-On experience in developing test scenarios, test cases for web application Excellent verbal and written communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
- Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
- Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
- Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
- Identify the Regression suite and Automate the Regression suite and carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
- Share the daily Metrics to all the stake holders and highlight the project risks and Challenges and come up with the mitigation plans
