Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries for web and API testing using Selenium and TestNG/Cucumber.
- Author, execute and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression and integration scenarios; automate REST API validation and data-driven tests.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) to enable automated test runs on builds and releases; monitor and stabilise pipelines.
- Investigate and triage test failures, log defects with clear reproduction steps in JIRA, and verify fixes across environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA to define acceptance criteria, improve test coverage, and speed up release cycles.
- Drive automation best practices, produce test design documentation, and mentor junior QA engineers on test automation techniques.

- Comfortable working on-site at client locations across India; able to coordinate with distributed engineering teams.
