Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications using industry-standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and reusability.
- Integrate automation testing within DevOps pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Selenium WebDriver
- JUnit or TestNG framework experience
- API testing skills using Postman or RestAssured
- Knowledge of Cucumber or Behave for BDD testing
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming language
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Knowledge of cloud testing environments
