QA Automation Engineer Automation Testing (On-site, India)

This on-site Automation Testing role is based in India and is ideal for hands-on test automation engineers who deliver high-quality, scalable test solutions in Agile delivery environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain automated test suites for web and API applications using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG (or equivalent frameworks).
- Create reliable, reusable automation frameworks and libraries that integrate with CI/CD pipelines for nightly and gated test runs.
- Develop and execute API test automation (REST) and validate end-to-end flows using Postman integrations or code-based HTTP clients.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate requirements into test cases, identify edge-cases, and reduce regression risk.
- Investigate, log and track defects in issue trackers; own root-cause analysis and verify fixes across automated and manual tests.
- Help define test strategy, improve test coverage, and mentor peers on automation best practices and coding standards.
