Automation Testing

We are hiring a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in automation testing, Java programming, and Selenium framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts, maintaining test frameworks, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test strategies
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks
• Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Ensure test coverage and maintain high standards of software quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform regression testing and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Proficient in Java programming
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related automation tools
• Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) is an advantage
• Good understanding of software QA methodologies and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications (nice to have)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
