Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers, QA team, and business analysts to ensure test coverage.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 58 years of experience in test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit).
- Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Familiarity with API testing (RestAssured or similar).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter).
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
