Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure software quality. Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution. Continuously enhance testing frameworks and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc. Proven experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Java Selenium for creating robust test scripts. Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Proven track record of improving testing processes and methodologies. Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements. Experience in performance and load testing is a plus.
