Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation testing, with the ability to design and implement test automation frameworks to ensure the quality of our software products. Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
- Execute automated test cases and report defects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing practices.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
