Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using relevant testing tools.
- Execute automated test cases and analyze the results.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, record, and track bugs or issues found during testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and technical specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
