Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation Development: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of test automation frameworks based on the existing JavaScript solution.
Solution Improvement: Explore the current automation setup and introduce technical and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
Onboarding and Training: Onboard new test automation engineers and support their ramp-up through knowledge sharing and structured guidance.
Team Coordination and Mentorship: Coordinate tasks within the test automation team, provide mentorship, and ensure smooth execution of activities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer teams and third-party vendor test automation groups to align processes and ensure consistent delivery.
QA Alignment: Collaborate with QA Managers to align priorities, testing approaches, and long-term automation strategy.
