Qualification:
- 3-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, or JavaScript for automation development.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API automation frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Perform functional, integration, regression testing.
- Develop clear, concise, and detail-oriented test plans and test cases.
- Execute and analyze manual and automated test cases, reporting test results effectively.
- Validate UI elements, workflows, reports, and dashboards for accuracy and functionality.
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure seamless functionality across modules.
- Develop, document, and maintain test cases, including test data and automation scripts.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers/SDETs, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and testing roadmaps.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Review design specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
- Analyze specifications or verbal communications to create effective test plans.
- Define test requirements and design comprehensive test strategies to ensure full project coverage.
- Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes, ensuring high software quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve test efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, reports, and automation scripts.
