We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify issues.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and improve existing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
- Document test cases, test plans, and test results.
- Provide feedback on test processes and suggest improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test script development.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
