Automation Tester with GenAI competency

Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation tools and be proficient in utilizing GenAI technologies to improve testing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively within a team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements and create test plans.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and issues.
• Integrate automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize GenAI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test code quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in automation testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in software testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
