We are a staffing and HR services firm operating in the IT recruitment and staffing sector, focused on placing quality-assurance and engineering talent with technology-led product and services companies. We recruit for on-site automation testing roles across India, partnering with clients building scalable web, API and mobile products. This opportunity is an on-site role based in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain robust automation test suites for web and API applications using established frameworks and best practices.
- Implement test automation frameworks, scripts and reusable libraries to increase test coverage and reduce manual regression effort.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines and configure Jenkins/Git workflows for reliable, repeatable builds and nightly/regression runs.
- Execute automated and manual test cases, validate API responses, log defects, and collaborate with development to triage and resolve issues quickly.
- Contribute to test strategy, estimate automation effort, and optimise test execution for reliability and speed (parallel runs, stable locators, data-driven tests).
- Produce clear test reports, maintain test artifacts, and work closely with product owners and developers in an Agile delivery model.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams.
