Good knowledge of Automation and Software Testing

Desired Experience Range**

5+ years of experience in Software Testing using Manual and Automation tools like Selenium

Must-Have**

• 5+ years of working experience in Software Testing using Manual and Automation using tools like Selenium
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts for software, focusing on creating efficient, reusable code within frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, analyzing results, reporting defects, and collaborating with dev/QA teams to ensure high-quality, stable software releases through strategic test planning and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side.

Good-to-Have

• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and have leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules.
• Innovate, propose new ideas and define the technical approach to challenging problems.
• MES experience in Manufacturing domain.
• Experience in managing Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and Rollouts, master data modelling and enrichment.

Expectations from the Role

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality

Involving test case selection, framework creation, script writing, execution, defect tracking, and reporting

Aiming to find bugs early, improve efficiency, and provide reliable feedback in fast-paced environments.

Collaborating with development/DevOps for CI/CD integration

Working with cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side
