Role Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end automation solutions, including design, development, deployment, and test strategy execution using tools
such as UiPath, UFT, Selenium, and API testing frameworks. The role also involves leading teams and working cross-functionally with development and business units in both Agile.

Relevant Experience
- 7 years of Experience into Testing tools like UFT, JMeter, BlazeMeter, Rest Assured, Postman, SoapUI.
- Experience into scripting with Python or VBScript or JavaScript.
- Experience into RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server or Sybase or Advanced SQL.
- Experience into UiPath Development and Testing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Development
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Collaborate with business analysts to create and validate PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
- Build reusable components, custom workflows, and integrate with various systems (web, Windows, mainframe, Citrix, APIs, etc.).
- Utilize OCR, ICR, Machine Learning, and AI components for intelligent automation scenarios.
- Configure and manage automation deployments using UiPath Orchestrator (bots, assets, queues, schedules).
- Perform code reviews, optimization and performance tuning of developed bots.
- Maintain and enhance bots post-deployment with issue resolution and change management.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Lead automation and functional testing projects using UFT, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Rest Assured.
- Design and maintain test frameworks and reusable test assets.
- Conduct ETL testing and complex SQL queries for backend validation.
- Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and REST/SOAP-based services.
- Validate test coverage and traceability with RTMs.
- Conduct various testing phases: Unit, Integration, System, Regression, UAT. Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Lead QA teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testable requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews, test audits, and performance tuning.
- Drive process improvements, automation strategy, and RPA Centre of Excellence initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, test plans, and project status reports for stakeholder review.
