About The Role
We're hiring an Automation Tester to join our Hyderabad QA team. You'll build and maintain the automated test suites that cover Polytope's platform, collaborating closely with developers to catch regressions and deliver reliable releases.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated tests for APIs and UI using Pytest and Playwright
- Develop regression and smoke test suites
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with developers to improve testability
- Investigate defects and work with engineering on fixes
Requirements
- 2+ years of test automation experience
- Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with API testing and browser automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- A quality-first mindset with attention to detail
