Automation Tester

As a Java Software Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and stability of software products. You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify test cases, create test plans, and develop test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Work with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks using Java and tools such as TestNG or JUnit.
• Identify and report defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure test automation code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and techniques to ensure high-quality products.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Java and related tools.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
