Yrs of Exp: 15 - 25
Location: Chennai(Hybrid)

- 15+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).
- Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.
- Expertise in test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
