Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Create reusable and maintainable automation test scripts for regression, functional, and system testing.
  • Lead automation strategy, planning, and execution across projects.
  • Review automation code and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide team members on automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure test coverage and quality alignment.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve test efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of automation processes and testing standards.
