Automation Test Lead

What will you be a part of

This team is responsible for providing a consumable product release to downstream implementation & SaaS teams by

left-shifting all non-client specific tasks to Faas from day 1.

We are hiring a QA Automation Manager with proven experience in Automation Testing and API Automation. The ideal candidate should possess strong Banking Domain expertise; experience with Finacle products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source, prepare, and reuse data for validation testing.

✅ Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and validation scenarios for business workflows.

✅ Lead the implementation of automation strategies and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

✅ Continuously enhance and optimize the business validation suite to ensure high-quality product releases.

✅ Develop a deep understanding of integrated products and business processes to deliver effective test coverage.

✅ Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

✅ Set up, configure, and maintain test environments across Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA, business validation, and automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with automation tools such as Selenium.
• Experience working within integrated product ecosystems and complex business workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test data management and data sourcing strategies.
• Highly adaptable with a strong willingness to learn new products and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Automation Testing certifications.

⭐ Experience with cloud technologies and cloud-native testing environments.

⭐ Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech product testing.

⭐ Hands-on experience setting up and configuring test environments in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
