Automation Test Lead

• Enable tighter business/IT alignment, drive better-quality decisions for successful implementation of test automation architecture and Manual Testing
• Rich experience in Test Planning and Estimation
• Knowledge in Test Management tools eg . Azure DevOps, TFS
• Assists in business strategy and process engineering from architecture perspective.
• Responsible for solution options, trade-offs, design and implementation of architecture of Automation frame work.
• Responsible for building re-usables for test automation integration.
• Responsible for conducting code reviews for automation teams
• Responsible for standards definition and review as needed.
• Provide delivery support to multiple project activities in Test Automation including technical solutioning /troubleshooting for team.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Profile:

• Should be having minimum 7 8 years of experience in Test Automation using different automation tools like C#/Java, Selenium, Appium, SpecFlow, RestSharp
• You should have handled data driven, key word driven automations.
• You should have very strong analytical skills and should be able to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage.
• Strong understanding of client/server, Web architecture and Object-Oriented analysis and design.
• Sound knowledge of databases.
• Sound knowledge of Web Server and Browsers.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architectural requirements for test automation projects.
• Very strong in debugging, trouble shooting, test environment set ups and test automation suit deployments using Continuous Integration using Team City, Azzure DevOps
• Understanding of browser behaviors and differences.
