Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, RestAssured, and Cucumber frameworks. The role requires hands-on automation development, test framework creation, and continuous collaboration with functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and RestAssured.
• Create, enhance, and improve automation frameworks (Test Driven and Behavior Driven).
• Develop and execute test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Perform functional and regression testing of applications, ensuring coverage across different modules.
• Work with functional teams to coordinate and support testing efforts.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for integration with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Ensure compatibility across Linux and Windows OS environments.
• Utilize test management tools (Azure, JIRA, ALM) for reporting and tracking.
• Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation.
• Adopt innovative tools and best practices to enhance test automation efficiency.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and RestAssured.
• Expertise in automation framework creation and improvement.
• Experience in Oracle Applications testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
