Automation Test Engineer - Python & Selenium

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, and ensuring the highest level of software quality and reliability. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
• Develop reusable test frameworks and libraries.
• Perform UI and API testing, validate data, and automate regression test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and the QA team to identify test requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Document test results, report bugs, and track them through resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
• Solid hands-on experience in Python scripting.
• Experience with frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman/REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of PyTest, HTML/XML/JSON, and test reporting tools.
• Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or Behave is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of Docker and containerized testing environments is a plus.
• Experience in performance testing is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
