Automation Test Engineer

IMA360 is seeking an Automation Test Engineer that will assist in expanding and refining our existing library of automated test cases. The selected candidate will evaluate our current automation architecture, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements that increase reliability, scalability, and cross-system capability.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern automation tools and understands how to design maintainable, reusable frameworks. Technical expectations include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and creating automated testing in Selenium and Cypress is mandatory
• Ability to quickly grasp business processes and expected results for those processes
• General knowledge of regression testing / functional testing in a software development environment
• Experience working in a fast paced environment

It is preferred that the candidate also possesses the following skills:

• Experience integrating multiple applications/interfaces into a single test script (i.e. cloud applications to Excel, cloud applications to other file formats, etc.)
• Experience developing AI Assistant applications able to interact with custom software applications
• Ability to evaluate and refactor existing code for performance, structure, and maintainability
• Deep understanding of Excel, including Macros and Power Query
• Experience with Playwright, or similar automation frameworks, specifically for a software product or company is a plus
