Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced team at FBTS Technology team. We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our software team. The role involves ensuring high quality software delivery through both manual and automated testing across web, API, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans & automation scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA / DevOps.

Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to fix issues early.

Work closely with development and product teams to validate requirements and timelines.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.

Support automation efforts with tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter.

Validate backend processes, SQL queries, and API integrations.

Ideal Candidate Profile Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical skills

ISTQB Foundation Certification or any related Certification

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and defect management tools.

Hands-on with Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter, and SQL validation.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.
