Automation Test Architect (Insurance Domain Experience )

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced 13+ Years, Test Automation Architect to lead automation assessment, strategy, framework design, and implementation for a large-scale enterprise digital transformation program.

The ideal candidate should be a strong automation leader with deep hands-on technical expertise. This role requires someone who can assess existing applications and technology landscapes, recommend the most suitable open-source automation solutions, define enterprise automation strategies, and actively contribute to framework development and coding

• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Test Automation Architecture and Framework Design.
• Mandatory experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of Insurance business processes including Policy Administration, Rating, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, and Producer/Agency Management.
• Proven experience in defining automation strategies for Insurance applications and digital platforms.
• Experience assessing enterprise applications and recommending automation solutions.
• Strong experience leading automation transformation initiatives across large-scale programs
